CUSTOMERS at an Emersons Green eaterie have munched their way to helping sick children.
Visitors to Italian restaurant Botteginos raised an impressive £3,400 after buying olives and breadsticks from staff. A further £2,500 was collected during a charity golf day in August, making a total of £5,900.
The money will be donated to Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal which provides life-saving equipment and facilities for patients and their families at Bristol's Children Hospital.
Staff from Botteginos said they would like to thank all their customers for helping reach such an impressive total.
