Charging point now available at park

A SUPERFAST charging point for electric cars has been installed at Bristol & Bath Science Park.
The charging point is in the car park at the site for use by tenants and visitors.
In 2012, tenants at Bristol & Bath Science Park became the first businesses in the South West to share their own fleet of electric cars.
The vehicles are available for people working at the Science Park so they can make short journeys off site without having to drive to work in their own cars.
From October this year, the cars will transfer to a local car club fleet, Co-Wheels, which will give tenants the opportunity to access a bigger fleet of vehicles and more charging points.
Bonnie Dean, chief executive of Bristol & Bath Science Park, said: “We are pleased to be able to provide a rapid charging point for tenants and visitors to the Science Park so they can get around in a sustainable way.”
