DOWNEND-based BNS Property Management held a Charity Golf Day at Celtic Manor, Newport, for The Jessie May Trust.
Managing director Andrew Simmonds said: “This year we have decided to support another really great local charity. The Jessie May children’s hospice carries out incredible work in the community and we are determined to raise as much money as possible.”
Julian Withers, head of fundraising at Jessie May, said: “The funds will go towards continuing our care of children and their families.
“Our specialist nurses provide medical, emotional and bereavement support and offer much-needed respite time for parents and siblings. It costs around £1,400,000 to provide this care yearly so support like this is vital.”
