Do you fancy joining the Cleeve Singers?
Published on: 25 Aug 2017
THE Downend-based choir The Cleeve Singers is looking for new members.
It meets on Wednesday evenings at Lincombe Barn and sings popular light four-part music under the guidance of conductor Jonathan Edwardes.
The mixed choir, which this summer celebrated its 30th anniversary with a party at the Kendleshire Golf Club and a concert, has vacancies for tenors, basses sopranos and altos.
You don’t have to read music or have sung in a choir before (although, of course, it helps if you have). Why not go along and give it a try?
The choir will be preparing for its Christmas concerts, which take place this year on December 15 and 16.
