Hayley looking to raise £3,000 for worthy causes

A YOUNG mum from Emersons Green has launched an ambitious bid to raise £3,000 for worthy causes.
Hayley Hook is planning a charity night at Mangotsfield United Football Club on November 27, featuring an auction, buffet, photo booth and a tribute act including songs from the movies.
Her aim is to raise funds for Page Park Pre-School, The Tynings School and Cancer Research UK.
Hayley, 26, has special reasons for supporting the cancer charity – both her mum Amie and dad Chris have had the disease and survived. Her eldest daughter Ellie-May, five, is at The Tynings and her middle daughter Lola, who is nearly three, attends the pre-school, so she also wants to raise money for them.
Hayley, who also has a nine-month-old baby Olivia, is also launching her own business, Hayley Amie’s, which will sell goods from High Street names locally.
She said of the charity event: “I have never organised anything on this scale before. I hope that lots of people will come along and have a good time while supporting these good causes.”
Tickets (over 18s only) are £5. For further information, contact Hayley on 07826 411188.
