Heathfest 2016 in the bag

Published on: 01 Jul 2016

Heathfest and Bromley Bear are back again on July 9 this year for another day of community fun
The event, from 1-6pm, includes stalls, games and activities. New this year are pony rides, demos at the skate park and a climbing wall.
New groups joining in include local choirs, dance and sports groups, Debbie Griffin & Zumbatonic and finally the Harlem Rhythm Cats.
All the old favourites will be there, and there's a special tent for the under 5s.
This year Heathfest is raising money for a local cancer awareness charity, It’s in the Bag, who support men with testicular cancer in the south west of England. Please visit www.itsinthebag.org.uk for more information.
The committee would like to say a huge thank you to the sponsors this year – M Coleman, BES Systems, PSJ Marquees, Raj & Cam at MS2, Wrigglypeeps pre-school, SNS Inflatables, AN Checker and Bromley Heath United FC. Thanks too to the marshals for helping out this year. Entrance to Heathfest is just £2 per family. Watch out for managers and players from BHUFC who will be selling the programmes before the festival.
