AN ENVIRONMENTAL body which has supported renovation projects at Page Park has rebranded.
Cory Environmental Trust in Britain (CETB) will now be known as Enovert Community Trust.
Enovert Community Trust will award grants to fund a broad range of community and environmental projects that have as big an impact on the community as possible.
The funds are derived from a tax placed on the landfilling of waste under the terms of the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
The change is taking place because the company which donates the landfill tax credits distributed by the Trust, Cory Environmental Resource Management Limited, has recently rebranded as Enovert Limited.
As well as supporting the revamp of Page Park, other projects recently funded by CETB have included £33,000 to fund a new wildlife trail at Dundridge Park, St George; £39,000 to the Friends of Avon Valley to fund the restoration of the Panorama Walk at Avon Valley Park, and a £50,000 grant to build a new community centre at St Werburgh's City Farm.
