Mood-boosting cafe at Emersons Green Library

Do you feel a bit lonely? Do you think you would benefit from a little exercise or learning something new to get you out of a rut? Are you due a little ‘me’ time?
If the answer to any of these is ‘yes’ and you are free on Friday mornings, then you could try the new Mood-boosting Café at Emersons Green Library. It will run once a month, on the last Friday of each month, from 11am-12 .
It will give you the chance to chat with other people, learn new things, have a go at ‘mindfulness’, and hear about easy ways to get more active. Each month there will be a different idea to help you improve the way you feel.
It will be a very relaxed drop-in session, with refreshments available.
The idea has the support of Community Connectors and Public Health.
The first session is Friday September 29 , 11am.
