MANGOTSFIELD School is
launching its table tennis centre in style.
Paralympic Gold medal winner Will Bayley MBE is visiting on February 3 to run a full day of activity for students, staff and local primary children.
Head teacher David Spence said: "He will coach, inspire and share his sporting journey with the students. He will be working alongside our table tennis coach, Dan Ives, who coaches from grass roots to England level.
This is an amazing opportunity for us."
The day will start with an assembly, followed by a coaching clinic and house competition – where students and staff are playing! In the afternoon ten primary schools will bring their children on site for coaching and a festival, which will enable children to experience a new sporting challenge.
