Three set for court appearance

THREE people were due to appear in court on March 31 in connection with an attack on a cash machine in Emersons Green.
They were appearing before Bristol magistrates on charges relating to a series of ATM machine attacks between October 2014 and April 2015.
The other machines were in Knowle, Eastville, Redcliffe and Shirehampton.
John Mark Clouter, 32, of Padstow Road, Bristol and Harry Shellard, 20, of New Fosseway Road, Bristol were both facing five counts of conspiracy to steal.
Shellard was also charged with failing to disclose a pin number to a phone contrary to section 53(1) and (5) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
Michael Bush, 27, of St Peter’s Rise, Bristol is accused of four counts of conspiracy to steal.
