Wide range of activities at Staple Hill youth clubs
Published on: 05 Nov 2015
CALLING all youngsters aged from 11 to 19. Fed up with hanging around with your mates with nothing to do?
The You Foundation is a young people’s charity running youth clubs in the Methodist church halls along Staple Hill High Street and would love you to join them.
Their mission is to provide young people with a safe and comfortable place where they can hang out with mates, get support and encouragement and gain a voice in their community.
The youth clubs run twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays and have a wide range of activities on offer including pool, Xbox, table tennis and games. There is also a chance to prepare a meal for everyone at the club and to take part in some cool arts and craft activities such as tie dye t-shirts and glass etching.
The first time at the club is free and 50p every time after with no subscriptions.
