Tickled Pink

STAFF at the Tynings Primary School in Staple Hill were in the pink when they took part in an event to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.

Year 3 teacher Karen Butter organised 'The Big Pink Day' and asked staff to come to school wearing something pink.

There were opportunities for staff to make donations in return for cakes at playtime.

They also played 'Guess the Big Pink Pug's Favourite Toy' game with prizes being won by Mrs Savage and Ms McCormick. More than £100 was raised.

Head teacher Angela Berger said: "It was a great day and really demonstrated just how amazing The Tynings team is! I am really proud of everything they have achieved."
